Responsibilities :
Manage and coordinate freight payment activities via SAP, Excel upload or manual payment.
Perform audit process to ensure freight rate structure, accurate internal account numbers and freight classification to assign for correct distribution of freight expenses.
Research, analyze and resolve vendor and customer issues in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
Maintain effective communication skills with internal and external customers in a timely manner.
Ensure all invoice payments are processed timely and accurately with appropriate documentation and approvals.
