    • Gather and translates requirements for ETL, DW, BI, data migration, and BI reporting to specifications.
    • Performs data collection, analysis, validation and reporting. Designs, tests, and documents processes, and SQL queries. Extracts and analyzes data from various sources, including databases, manual files, and external websites. Responds to data inquiries from various groups within an organization.
    • Documents ETL/BI reporting requirements and processes and validates data components as required.
    • Leverage solid Microsoft SQL Server Data Analysis background SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, visio, and Informatica.
    • Work to capture and maintain data governance for metadata and data lineage and create analysis of source systems, business requirements and identification of business rules.
    • Develop and maintain data staging areas in Microsoft SQL server for staging and preparation for data migration into enterprise backend SQL Databases; Building packages for data extraction from other SQL servers or flat files using stored procedures, functions and views to prepare data and export data as different flat files format using SQL Server, Tableau report consumption. Also run complex queries for validation source and destination data by performing parallel views and or count validation.
  • Work on complex mappings, mapplets and workflows to meet the business needs and ensured they are reusable transformations to avoid duplications.
