KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required, Access preferred).
  • Microsoft Publisher preferred.
  • Three years of related work experience. An Associates degree may be considered in lieu of required experience.
  • Work requires the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing which may include editing correspondence/brief reports and proofreading for errors, explaining equipment operations or technical procedures to employees, enforcing policies and regulations in difficult situations, or performing other duties requiring a comparable level of communication skill.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Performance Improvement methodology a plus.
