Job Description

Job Title: Senior Full Stack Java Developer with AWS

Location: Owings Mills, MD

Duration: 12 mo. contract to start (Up to a 24-month contract)

Job Description:

I have an opening for a Senior Full Stack Java Developer with AWS experience in Owings Mills, MD. They are looking for someone with 12-15 years of experience who is strong in AWS and Angular 7.

In this role Software Engineer would build solutions utilizing the latest AWS cloud tools and technologies. We are looking for someone more of a senior/independent developer with Java 8, Angular 7 and AWS at a minimum.

Requirements:

  • Fine-tune and improve a variety of sophisticated software implementation projects
  • Develop software solutions to meet client needs and data
  • Implement system software and customize to client requirements
  • Prepare the detailed software specifications and test plans
  • Code new programs to client's specifications and create test data for testing
  • Modify existing programs to new standards and conduct unit testing of developed programs
  • Provide quality assurance reviews
  • Perform post-implementation validation of software and resolve any bugs found during testing
  • Release management
  • In this role Software Engineer would build solutions utilizing the latest AWS cloud tools and technologies.

Strong Experience with programming in:

  • Java 1.8
  • Spring Frameworks/Spring Boot
  • Aurora/PostgreSQL
  • GitLab/GitHub (CI/CD)
  • REST API
  • Angular V7
  • AG grid
  • Cloud services platform (AWS, Azure, Google)
  • NodeJS

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
