Job Description:

The Senior Workday Analyst will be responsible for the delivery and management of HCM and Finance applications. The individual works closely with the HR and Accounting Divisions to understand, prioritize, document requirements, and perform the configuration and implementation of these business applications. The Senior Workday Analyst must also work with third party vendors to manage the development or configuration of the applications.

Job Functions:

• Understand the Workday HCM and Finance applications in depth and be able to configure the system for HR and Accounting Division needs.
• Work closely with the business and other Business Analysts to identify requirements, prioritize the needs, document requirements, and manage them to final deployment.

• Provide application support and QA management, including test plan development, and QA/UAT test coordination.
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring the progress of development projects to ensure their ongoing alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate discussions and consensus among various project stakeholders, such as analysts, application programmers and business users.
• Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Workday platform, configuration tools, security design, and other techniques utilized to configure Workday, employing them with a high level of proficiency.
• May work individually or as part of BA team.
