Expert working knowledge on Oracle RAC, Oracle Database Appliance (ODA) or Oracle Exadata Environment.

- Expert knowledge on monitoring, backup and restore, Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Cloud Control (OEM) and performance tuning for Oracle databases.

- Working knowledge on SQL Server databases.

- Working with offshore team and provide 24x7 on-call support.

- Monitor and report SLA for the client on regular basis. Look into areas of improvement and implement the changes.

- Prepare RCA for important issues and implement the changes as needed.

- On site point of contact for database technology issues and provide technical feedback to the client.

- Experience in Teradata is a plus.

- Coordinate and Manage the offshore team and provide them with required updates and feedback from the client.
