Job Description

Qualifications: 
This level is staffed by individuals who have an excellent understanding of client/server infrastructure, or who have an excellent understanding of WANs, LANs and web applications. Education Bachelors preferred Discipline Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Math or Business or technical equivalent

This role is used for incumbents responsible for the following:

  1. Siteminder Administration .
  2. Website Administration - incumbents are responsible for achieving the overall technical integrity of the company's website.

5 years of experience in maintaining, enhancing and migrating Identity Manager Products. Maintain and enhance and CA SiteMinder and Single Sign-On Systems (SSO).

Responsibilities:

  • As member of the web administration team maintain and enhance and CA SiteMinder and Single Sign-On Systems (SSO).
  • Become familiar with the other technologies supported by the Web Administration Team
  • Provide production support for these critical environments and be available on calls for debugging and supporting server outages.
  • Maintain and enhance CA Identity Access Manager
  • Provides support and management for Identity Management systems; design, develop, deploy, and implement Security. Assist in gathering application requirements and facilitating the integration of various large-scale global enterprise applications
  • Install and configure new systems and Research solutions
  • Troubleshooting and production support.
  • Acts as a project work team/group leader on moderately complex projects.
  • Errors may cause delay, expense and disruption.
