Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Assist users with migration and maintenance of their documentation in SharePoint
Ensure security best practices are implemented, maintained and audited
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert(SME) on the SharePoint Online Migration Project that is currently in progress through the fall of 2020
Serve as a SharePoint SME and business analyst on future projects and initiatives by gathering requirements, creating specs and ensuring successful delivery.
Act as an escalation point for the Service Desk Team, Enterprise Support Team, and SharePoint power users
Implement, monitor and manage third party integrations with the Sharepoint environment (i.e. Contracts 365)
Monitor and validate SharePoint patches/fixes/upgrades that are completed by the Network/Systems Engineers.
Partner and work with the Power Users from key departments including Operations, Training, Marketing, Revenue Management, Purchasing, Accounting, Construction Accounting, Human Resources, and Business Intelligence departments
Work with the Training Department to develop training materials and deliver software training when needed
Identify and implement opportunities to improve the end-user experience and/or system processes
Work with the Director of Enterprise Applications on projects and special requests related to Enterprise Support.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong knowledge of SharePoint functionality and capability
Experience in a medium sized to complex enterprise environment
Website management experience
PowerShell Experience (Optional)
Experience supporting local and remote users
Familiarity with Office365 suite of products
Exceptional ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing several concurrent efforts at once.
Must be highly organized and structured.
Must present a professional image
