Job Description

• Focus on CAPA and change control closure, closing any aging engineering CAPAs or site change control.

• Validation periodic review will be performed on the client’s fillers, cappers, vial inspection machines, and tanks.

• Ensure computerized systems meet regulatory and company requirements.

• Develop Protocol through Multiple Flame Sealing Parameters, Each Size / Closure, Run, Inspect – AQL Sampling Container Closure Integrity Testing.

• Resolve Data Integrity issues in the Microbiology and Chemistry laboratories, Manufacturing, Engineering and QA.

• Develop URS, FRS, and DQ’s to support of (SAT, IQ, OQ).

• Develop the Delta V test procedures by gathering the information to match with requirements for the operation qualification of Process Equipment and Batch control.

• Involve in documentation of validation protocols e.g., Validation Master Plans, User Requirements Specifications, Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), IQ, OQ and PQ protocols, Validation Reports, and Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).

Education / Experience : 

  • Bachelor's (Required).
  • Relevant qualifications in science, technology or engineering.
  • 3-5 years of Experience / knowledge preference in Information Technology.
