<ul> <li>Review the existing system schema and generate reports using SQL queries to ensure the loops and segments have the required details to successfully load member information into the Database and Care Advance system using QNXT tables.</li> <li>Ensure timely Healthcare membership and eligibility are loaded into the database and providers can submit the claims promptly using power query.</li> <li>Researching and gathering business requirements and drafting business requirements documents (BRDs) meetings with developers and testing teams.</li> <li>Applying reverse engineering techniques on the drafted BRDs to get a better understanding of the stakeholder requirements.</li> <li>Work closely with the business team and external stakeholders on report generation and participate in business planning sessions to understand business goals and requirements, offering insights from an IT systems perspective.</li> <li>Serve as an intermediary between the IT department and vendors, collaborating with project managers to deliver technical solutions that meet user requirements.</li> <li>Planning and working flexibly to meet the planned deadlines and review test results with IT and business leads.</li> <li>Grasping the software development lifecycle, categorizing potential solutions, and evaluating them for their technical and business suitability using QNXT tables.</li> <li>Organize, and drive the Stand-up meetings to ensure business requirements are understood and are on track.</li> <li></li> </ul>
