Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across front-end, back-end, databases, and cloud technologies, and will work closely with cross-functional global teams in an Agile environment.

Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies:
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Frameworks such as Angular (preferred) or Stencil
  • Strong experience in back-end development using C# and .NET / ASP.NET Web API
  • Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server and database design
  • Good understanding of RESTful APIs and Web Services
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git
  • Exposure to cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and debugging ability
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to define, design, and deliver new features
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
  • Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Identify bottlenecks, debug issues, and implement effective fixes
  • Maintain code quality, automation, and documentation
  • Implement coding and testing practices to support CI/CD and DevOps pipelines
  • Work in Agile development environments, participating in sprint planning, grooming, daily stand-ups, and Agile ceremonies
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies

Desired / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Knowledge of Financial Markets, Banking products, or Wealth Management
  • Exposure to Unix/Linux development environments
