• Analyze existing converting processes to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency, product quality, and cost performance.
• Design and implement process optimization strategies, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Lead projects involving process enhancements, equipment upgrades, automation, and new technology implementation.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution and production improvements.
• Utilize data analysis techniques to monitor process performance, identify trends, investigate variations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and performance summaries to communicate findings and improvement recommendations to stakeholders.
• Evaluate new equipment, technologies, and solutions in collaboration with vendors and suppliers to support operational advancements.
• Manage equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization activities to ensure reliable performance.
• Partner with quality teams to maintain product standards, improve quality control processes, and resolve production issues.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to production teams on new processes, equipment, and operational practices.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety compliance, and adherence to company policies and industry standards.
• Participate in safety audits and improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
