Business Systems Analyst II

Duties :

  • Responsible for the analysis, adjustment and restructuring of different aspects of a business.
  • Responsibility to ensure that a business s structure is meeting top output efficiency.
  • Work closely with individuals at all levels of employment to see what is and isn't working in the most efficient manner possible.
  • Responsible for interacting with and addressing employees at all levels in a professional manner while providing constructive criticism that is conducive to the restructuring of current systems.
  • Responsible for identifying and addressing current and future business needs within the realms of currently accessible resources.
  • Responsible for advising on the allocation of resources in such a way that minimizes waste and maximizes efficient use and profitability.
  • Their positions are ongoing requiring multiple follow ups on completed work and flexible availability for future consultation.

Required Skills :

  • Act as a Functional Expert and Power User to TA Systems including iCIM s and Salesforce.(Experience in configuring an Applicant Tracking System preferably iCIM s )
  • Be responsible for ongoing maintenance of iCIMS and its integrations with Workday and other custom recruiting solutions
  • Develops, implements, maintains, and communicates system governance standards, structure, processes and procedures.
  • Gather, document, validate requirements, and translate requirements into system designs followed by testing the developed functionality
  • Researches, identifies and resolves end-user issues, systems discrepancies, and partners with vendor support to track and escalate issues as needed.
  • Partner with engineering to determine the best technical solutions to address the requirements
  • Responsible to manage monthly product releases and help manage change.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years overall experience in Talent Systems domain: requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing and deployment to production
  • Experience with iCims or other comparable industry solutions
  • Strong leadership, change management, and process management skills
  • Demonstrated consultative abilities to assess and recommend solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate across organizations to optimize outcomes
  • Extensive understanding and responsibility in project management principles
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with ability to present complex ideas in clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical groups

Education (if required) :

  • Bachelor's degree or in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years overall experience in Talent Systems domain: requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing and deployment to production
